My Favorite and Least Favorite things : The Beauty Review

  • De lune:
  • I received De lune a little before the start of my November cycle. I felt hopeful. Just to give you a bit of insight my cramps these past 3/4 cycles have been excruciatingly painful. It says to take the cramping pills as soon as you feel any type of discomfort. I would take them as well as one Advil to sorta balance it out and it worked! I barely felt any pain. I'm not saying I didn't feel any discomfort but  FAR LESS than I've ever felt before. I was able to live my life and not worry about having to cancel something because  of the amount of pain I was in. I would recommend these and I will be reordering.  Use my code TROPROUGE for 15% off !
  • I didn't feel any difference with the mood stabalizing pills, but it's too early to say. With those types of  ingredients you need to take them for more than a month to see anything. I am someone who love routines so I'll keep taking them and will report back in a month.

  • NuFACE:
  • Before buying this product I reached out to a friend of mine who had  worked with the brand in the past. I asked "Does this really work, be honest" and she told me YES. It's the type of product where you really have to use it everyday to see a difference, but the difference is there and it works. I noticed a VERY subtle result after one day of using. If you are on the fence. but are able to carve 5 to 10mins a day on your skincare routine then do it...I love mine.
  • The only difference between the mini and the regular that you can use the attachment on the regular NuFACE. I have the mini.

  • Face steamer:
  • Yes yes yes and yes. If you don't own a face steamer than I'm not sure what you are waiting for. I've had mine for 6 years  (a Secura). It was my first real introduction to skincare and I've been obsessed every since, it's a great way to clean out your pores and your sinus. I steam my face about once or twice a week in the morning before I  do my skincare routine.

  • Ice Mask:
  • The Ice mask is honestly my claim to fame in the blogging world. Ever since I posted about it every blogger and their mother has bought one. I swear by this mask. It's the best thing to hit the market (in my opinion). You can keep it cold to reduce puffiness or you can pop it in the microwave for 35 secs and use it as a heating pad. It never actually Freezes so you don't have to worry about getting burned, but it does get VERY COLD.

  • Darphin Hydra Skin:
  • Darphin makes great products we know this already, but this is a gel mask I just started using last month to help my skin with it's breakouts and so far...so good.  My skin has been less dry. My face feels more bouncy and dewy after. I've only recently become a fan of gel like products because of my recent breakout. I like this one so far and would recommend if you are suffering from dryness.

  • Face slimmer:
  • I can't tell if I like this or not. I'm all for a good face slimming tool but it's just so uncomfortable it's hard to give it at the gold star. I do however notice a sharper jawline immediately after a few hours of use. does that jawline last? who is to say since I don't stare at my face all day. I've used it at night and feel as though it does work better when you leave it on for 4 hours + but who really wants to do that every night?

  • Thanks for reading, let me know if you've tried any of these products in the comments or if you are using something you want to share !
