New York Fashion week has always been my biggest source of inspiration. And now ever since I've changed up my look, experimenting with my hair has been the perfect way to add something extra to an outfit. This NYFW I teamed up with TRESemme and Who What Wear to showcase some of my favorite styles seen on the runway.
Oversize pieces kept popping up on the runway but what really inspired me was the hair! I decided to go with a fun wrap around braid held together with a few bobby pins and TRESemme hairspray, I honestly don't think my hair could live without hairspray, especially the
TRESemme Tres Extra hold hair spray,I love that I can get it in travel size so I can literally bring it anywhere with me, controlling those flyaways and frizz all day. Anyone who actually knows me can tell you I'm the girl in the bathroom giving myself last min touch ups.
For my 2nd look I went in a more classic direction, The Who What Wear collection has so many easy pieces to play around with. I like to apply dry shampoo to give my hair a more full effect. Color treated hair tends to verge on the drier side so finding a product that doesn't leave my hair feeling like straw is a miracle. This volumizing spray perks up your do and eliminates greasiness without dulling it I tied up my hair in a low bun and neckerchief used as a hair ribbon- a hairstyle I've played around with all summer long. I find myself using
TRESemme Volumizing Fresh Start dry shampoo almost everyday, sometimes even immediately after a blowout. I like that it gives my hair that lived in, perfect bed head hair.

Honestly after a week running around the city I feel flat and drained leaving my hair dry and lifeless, not a cute look. I try not to shampoo my hair too much but when I do, it's important to use the right type of shampoo. Sometimes using conditioner after shampooing can weigh your hair down so TRESemme created a real game changer
