Wore this polka dot dress while figuring out where to eat. I have to admit I wouldn't of been so drawn to the dress if it wasn't for it's descending neck and back line, just the right amount of risqué and just enough dots to not make me sick. I've been wearing these Joie boots almost everyday now and do not by any chance want to change up and put on anything else....
