All About Chelsea

I'm really happy to have chosen a fellow blogger who is so down to earth!

Chelsea from Haggard Library has one of my favorite looks on LookBook.

Fun & creative.
Her style is always changing. She also makes a lot of her own clothes
I love the soft vintage feel that pours from her pictures..so inspiring.
I hope that you enjoy her fun interview. She is a funny girl currently living in a freezing cold place formly known as Canada.

So, you live in Canada, How is the fashion scene in your town?
Yes, I am currently living in this freezing ice-box, known as Canada ! I live in a fairly small city called St. Catharines, next to Niagara Falls. I have only seen a select few individuals who understand that stores like Abercrombie and Nike are not exactly high fashion..but I just moved here, so maybe I'm not looking in the right places !

What would you call your style?
Attention Deficit Disorder-Chic ? haha, I am always dressing differently and changing things up, so it is hard to put a specific label on it. However, I have a severe hatred for pants, I don't know why. I'm trying to wear them more, but I just can't do it..I suppose I just like the free feeling that comes from wearing dresses and skirts.

Do you make your own clothes?
Yes, as a matter of fact ! I started sewing about 3 years ago, and now it is one of my favourite things to do. I plan on going to school for fashion design in the near future !

Favorite dish?
I wish I could say something fancy, but in all honesty, I just eat chicken fingers at every restaurant. One time, I was going to a fancy restaurant in Toronto, and I called ahead and asked them to specially prepare them for me, since they weren't on the menu. I just love them !

The last time you almost died over anything?
I have a recent love for vintage slips (as you can tell in my latest look on lookbook), and when I told my mom she gave me her 100% silk vintage camisole and matching undies from her wedding. My friends thought it was weird getting hand-me-down lingerie from my mother, but I was too in love with the pieces to care.

Sexiest actor?

It's a tie between James Franco, and the German actor, Daniel Bruhl (recently in "Goodbye Lenin" and "Inglorious Basterds").

Any fashion advice?

Invest in a good cardigan..one that can be worn with anything. Also, wear clothes that you can jump in..you never know when you'll have to jump.
